Panels UI dll not detected

    Hi guys,

    I just update too FB 0.9.6.8 and download panelsUI 13.7
    And i put the foo_ui_panels.dll on the components directory.

    But when i start foobar it doesn't say me anything about panelsUI, and no menu on the preferences panel !!!

    What can i do to understand why ?.

    the same, tried the latest stable and beta versions, vista home basic sp2
